2. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, worn, or used:

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Puloom cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

7. Lost Packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please:

8. Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or replacement due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
If your requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer:

9. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
Depending on your payment provider, processing times may vary.
Original shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and expedited shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
10. Partial Returns
If your order contains multiple items, you may return one or more eligible items without returning the entire order.
Refunds will only be issued for approved returned items.
11. Refund Refusals
Puloom reserves the right to refuse a refund if:

12. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our customer support may delay the resolution process while the payment provider investigates the claim.
