1. Order Processing & Shipping
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package throughout its journey.
Delivery times vary between 7 and 12 business days depending on the country and shipping method selected. We work with partner carriers to ensure the safe delivery of your order.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.

2. Order Cancellation Policy
We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed to ensure fast delivery.

Cancellation requests can only be accommodated if your order has not yet entered processing or been shipped.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. In such cases, you may be eligible to request a return in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy after receiving your order.
3. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
Please carefully review your shipping details before submitting your order.

We can only update your shipping address if your order has not yet been processed.
Puloom is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Receive a refund for the product value, excluding the original shipping costs and any non-refundable fees.
Refunds or reshipments can only be processed after the returned package has been received by Puloom.
5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

These fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in finding an appropriate resolution.
Claims for damaged packages should include clear photographs of the packaging and the affected items.
